Building JouleBridge full-time. The current focus is the proof layer for energy sites and landing the first paying deployment. India has to install on the order of 400,000 chargers per year for the next five years and the audit infrastructure underneath isn't ready. That gap is the work.

On the side, Ferrite v3.1 is the design I keep coming back to. Hardware design hasn't had its Claude Code moment yet, and I want to be the person who builds the one that works. JouleBridge's DepotOS controller boards will be the first internal customer when it ships.

Reading

Engineering a Safer World by Nancy Leveson. The chapter on accident causation chains is the lens through which every other system I work on starts to make sense.
